1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubTarjama ("the Service"), provided at subtarjama.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credit System & Billing

SubTarjama operates on a strictly prepaid, pay-as-you-go credit model:

• Base Rates: Audio transcription is billed at $1.00 per hour ($0.0167/minute), with a mandatory minimum charge of $0.50 per job. Subtitle translation is billed at $0.002 per minute per target language.
• Credit Expiration: Purchased wallet credits never expire as long as your account remains active.
• Credit Reservations: When initiating a job, estimated credits are temporarily reserved from your wallet and settled atomically upon completion based on true audio duration. Unused reserved credits are refunded automatically.
• Payment Processing: Top-ups are processed through Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. All transactions are billed in USD.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to all audio, video, transcripts, subtitles, and translated files processed through SubTarjama.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to transcribe and translate the media submitted to the Service.

4. Google Cloud & Vertex AI Native Processing

SubTarjama processes transcription and translation using Google Cloud and Vertex AI Gemini 3.5 foundation models. Under our enterprise data processing agreements with Google Cloud, your submitted media, transcripts, and metadata are never used to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and generated subtitles are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While SubTarjama leverages frontier machine learning models to maximize speech recognition accuracy and timestamp precision, we do not guarantee that AI-generated subtitles will be 100% error-free or suitable for critical medical, legal, or emergency broadcast applications.
